The SoapBox and Amnesty have collaborated to create a collection of shampoo & body bars that celebrates the culture of Women in Afghanistan.
Inspired by the hashtag #donottouchmyclothes, a social media campaign within the Afghan diaspora that celebrates pre-Taliban dress traditions, and mourns the loss of that freedom. The traditional dresses are beautiful and multi-colored and these influenced the creation of four colourful shampoo & body bars:
Love, Hope, Brave & Warrior.
€5 from the sale of each shampoo bar will go directly to Amnesty International to support their work with Women in Afghanistan.
Warrior - An empowering blend of Patchouli, Sweet Orange and Lavender essential oils.
This bar is for heroes in the making, for those who are ready to stand up for what they believe in. The unmistakable warmth of Patchouli blends beautifully with the citrus and floral notes.
The bars contains Organic Argan Oil for conditioning.
This gift set is decorated with a tiny staff to symbolize the fight and comes with a little “Warrior” pendant.
The bars are formulated for use on hair but are also suitable for all over body use.
